You really can't go wrong with braised beef, no matter what cut it is. Add in the apples and you've got a good thing going. Apples are one of my favorite fruits to cook with different cuts of meat, to get a good sweet and savory contrast.

This is really interesting. We make Beef Stroganoff at home about once a month. I may have to try this one, with only mushrooms. The rice is a nice substitute for the carb heavy pasta.

I like trying different ways to make cauliflower to keep it fresh and interesting. Think mashed cauliflower for instance. This roasted cauliflower is going to have to be one we try out at home too!

Reducing waste, not just food waste, is something we have been looking at at our house for at least the past year. Composting, limiting paper towels, recycling, cooking smaller portions. These are all things we've tried at home. What are you doing to help reduce food waste?
How does #France reduce foodwaste? What can we do to reduce the amount of edible food thrown away? This video reviews a successful effort at greener living. #foodwaste #greenliving #foodblogger https://t.co/FiHiOsT8T5— Eric H. Roth (@compellingtalks) January 5, 2020
