Every Saturday, I go through Twitter with #foodblogger and find my favorite food related articles. These are this week's favorites!Eggplant is not something I cook with often. I've tried Eggplant Parmesan and even cut it in to thin slices to use in place of lasagna noodles. But this stuff eggplant takes it to a new level. I just might have to try this one out!

The presentation here stopped me in my tracks. Once I came to, I looked at the salmon. Truth be told, there is little that can done that can ruin a good salmon filet!
